Here is a sneak peek at some of the seasonal veggies we have in our kitchen at the moment – preparing to create healthy dishes to deliver and join you in your kitchen, office, or on the road (wherever you may be!).

Cherry Tomatoes are packed with Vitamin B-6, which helps your body produce red blood cells.

Purple Cabbage crunchy purple cabbage is packed with fiber, which aids in the waste elimination process.

Sweet Potatoes are rich in beta-carotene, antioxidants, vitamin A, C, E, B6, and help to maintain healthy blood pressure.

Broccolini is rich in folate, vitamin C, beta-carotene, and potassium. They also contain a good amount of plant-based protein.

Brussels Sprouts are high in vitamin K and vitamin C, and dietary fiber.  

Kale has more iron than beef, more calcium than milk, and 10x more vitamin C than spinach. It is high in vitamins A, C, and K.

Cauliflower is an excellent source of folate and vitamin B, vitamin K, and omega-3 fatty acids.

Zucchini is a high source of antioxidants and vitamin C (one medium zucchini has more than 50% of your daily vitamin C needs), and also contains energizing vitamin B.

Our favorite snacking almonds are packed with omega-3 and omega-6 healthy fats, vitamin E, and manganese.
