Creamy Brazilian Limonada  

This is a thick, smoothie version of the viral drink going around. Yes, it uses whole limes but trust, the rind is edible and it’s going to taste great!

INGREDIENTS 
4 sliced, whole limes 
1 cup ice 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
½ can coconut cream 
Pinch of allspice 
1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional) 


DIRECTIONS 

  1. Slice limes into quarters. TIP: If you want a sweeter version of this smoothie, zest the limes and remove the pith (the white part of the lime) before cutting the pulpy flesh into quarters.  
  2. Add all your ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 
  3. Strain the mixture after blending to remove excess pulp (or keep it pulpy if you like it!) 


Little Lad Berries & Cream Smoothie

INGREDIENTS 
½ cup mixed frozen berries 
1 cup frozen banana 
⅓ cup unsweetened, plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt) 
½ cup unsweetened, plain kefir or plant-based milk 
½ tsp vanilla extract 
3 Tbsp heavy cream 
1 scoop of vanilla or fruit-flavored protein powder (optional) 


DIRECTIONS 

  1. Pour cream, milk/kefir, and yogurt in the blender and blend until it thickens.  
  2. Add vanilla and mix until fully incorporated.  
  3. Add berries and banana, using more kefir or milk as needed if mixture gets too thick to blend. 


She’s My Cherry Pie (Smoothie)

This smoothie’s a sweet surprise that’ll bring a tear to your eye on a hot summer day (eh, eh?).

INGREDIENTS 
1 cup frozen cherries 
1 cup frozen banana 
½ cup unsweetened, plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt) 
⅓ cup unsweetened oat milk 
1 de-pitted medjool date 
⅔ cup steel-cut oats 
1 tsp almond extract 
½ tsp vanilla extract 
Pinch of salt 
1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional) 


DIRECTIONS 

  1. Blend oats until pulverized. 
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend! TIP: Add ice to thicken if desired. 
  3. Top with granola or crushed graham crackers for a fun splurge topping. 


Peachy Keen Smoothie 

Everything’s gonna be a-okay now that you have this dandy summer smoothie made with fresh & frozen peaches.

INGREDIENTS 
¾ cup frozen peaches 
1 fresh peach, peeled, pit removed 
⅓ cup unsweetened, plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt) 
1 cup frozen banana 
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk 
½ cup ice  


DIRECTIONS 

  1. Make sure your fresh peach is peeled and the pit is removed. Cut into slices to make it easier to blend.  
  2. Add ingredients to blender and blend, blend, blend! 


Blue Milk Galaxy Smoothie 

Named after the famous blue milk at Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland and Disney World, this is a dairy-free smoothie version that still offers a similar fruity taste and cool blue color.

½ tsp blue spirulina 
¼ cup frozen pineapple 
¼ cup frozen dragon fruit  
½ cup frozen mango chunks 
½ cup frozen banana 
⅓ cup unsweetened coconut cream 
½ tsp vanilla extract 
¼ cup ice 


DIRECTIONS 

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth!
