  1. Can I customize my premade fitness meals?

    We do allow minimal customization. If you have allergies/preferences, you can exclude up to 3 ingredients (this may result in some duplicate meals). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee order accuracy if you request to omit more than 3 ingredients. Due to the nature of our recipes, ingredient omissions cannot currently include onion powder, garlic powder, and carrots as they appear in most lunch and dinner dishes.

    You can choose from 4 different meal plans, however, once you have selected your plan, our chefs decide what dishes go on the menu each week. We recommend the Protein + meal plan for athletes and bodybuilders. If you need more nutrients to reach your macronutrient goal, you can add additional side dishes to your order through our A La Carte menu.

  2. How much protein does each meal contain? What if I need to add more?

    For Protein + and Paleo meal plans, each lunch/dinner meal will contain around 30-40 grams of protein. Our breakfasts vary (depending on the meal plan) but typically provide 10g of protein. If you opt for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you will consume 85-95 grams of protein each day.

    For our standard plant-based meal plan, you get around 10-25 grams of protein per lunch/dinner meal. The daily average comes to around 50 grams of protein.

    For our low-carb/low-cal plant-based plans, lunch meals contain 10-25 grams of protein, and dinner is usually around 5 grams, resulting in a daily average of 30-40 grams protein. You can, however, choose to eat the dinner meals for lunch and vice versa.

    If you feel like you need to add additional protein to meet your fitness or bodybuilding goals, you can select high protein options from our A La Carte menu or supplement with your own snacks or protein powder.

  3. Are your meals portable?

    Yes. You get all of your high protein workout meals delivered in vacuum sealed, BPA-free, recyclable trays so you can easily transport them to the gym or office. You can also order online our insulated lunchbox to carry your meals to work or to your workout session.

  4. Do you offer fitness-friendly snacks?

    Yes! As well as getting full healthy fitness meals delivered to your door, you can check out our A La Carte menu for a list of snacks – including almonds, sesame chips, and hearty granola.

  5. Do you offer bulk meals and side dishes?

    Yes. If you need extra protein, carbs, or vegetables to hit your daily macros, you can pick bulk entrees and sides from our A La Carte menu. Choose from brown rice, seasoned salmon, elk meat, venison steaks, yellow squash, mixed vegetables and much more.

  6. Do you have a macro calculator?

    Yes, let us do the hard work for you! Our macro calculator will automatically calculate your macros so you know exactly how close you are to your targets. If you’re training to bulk up and you feel like you might need additional calories, you can add delicious extras from our A La Carte menu.
