A Simple, Yet Romantic Dessert

Back in my days of eating gluten, I used to love going to different Middle Eastern restaurants and trying all the different types of baklava. So much so that I actively miss eating this dessert. There’s something simple yet romantic about the combination of pistachios and honey that makes you want to go back for more.

As an ode to my love of baklava, I channeled this delicious dish to create a salty and sweet, drinkable dessert that you can make and share with a friend! Don’t forget some chopped pistachios and an extra drizzle of honey as a garnish if you’re feeling fancy.
