Nutrition Philosophy

As a rookie, Justin never paid much attention to what he was eating. Now that he’s a seasoned vet, Turner knows intake and recovery are everything.  “What you put in your body has a direct correlation with you recovering and being available every day.” To get the edge, Justin swears by cutting sugar, dairy, and processed ingredients while sticking to organic whole foods and grass-fed meat. Even though it might seem strict to some, the 3rd baseman’s clean eating ethos has proven effective in quickening his recovery, reducing inflammation, and giving him the stamina to play every game.
