- Ice cube tray
- Blender or food processor
- 13.5 oz Canned unsweetened full fat coconut milk
- ⅓ cup Freeze dried strawberries
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 8 drops Liquid stevia
- ¼ cup Unsweetened plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp Coconut butter (optional)
1Pour coconut milk into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
2Add coconut milk ice cubes and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor. Pulse to break down ice cubes. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. You may need to add more milk if using a blender.·Eat immediately with option to drizzle with coconut butter.
