Ysabel Montemayor, RD

Ysabel Montemayor is the nutrition director at Fresh n' Lean. She is a registered dietitian who graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2016. Over the following year, she completed University of Maryland's dietetic internship, which emphasized nutrition communication. Her free time involves trying new food, attending concerts, and giving her dog high-fives. Ysabel has been featured in CNN, HuffPost, Bustle, Popsugar, Insider, Prevention, and On The Gas.
