Vegan Recipe | Healthy zucchini “butter”

3 zucchini Fresh n lean

Ingredients

3 zucchini  

½ bunch parsley

3-5 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon homemade

spice or sea salt

1 tablespoon cold

pressed oil (optional)

Preparation

 

* Wash the zucchini and grind them. Put them in a pot to cook for 40 minutes.
