Erica Giovinazzo is a Nike Master Trainer, Level 2 CrossFit Coach, and Dietitian in Sports Nutrition and Body Composition in Los Angeles. She has also completed certifications in Olympic Lifting, CrossFit Football, CrossFit Strongman, Aerobic Capacity, Rowing, as well as the Functional Movement Screen.
Amy Shah, M.D. is a double board certified MD with training from Cornell, Columbia and Harvard Universities. She was named one of Top 100 Women In Wellness to Watch in 2015 and has been a guest on many national and local media shows. She helps busy people transform their health by reducing inflammation and eating more plants. As an immunologist she realizes the power of the microbiome to help digestion, natural hormone balance and food sensitivities.
Jame Heskett M.D. is the founder and director of Wellpath, a 15-year-old anti-aging and wellness center located on Madison Avenue in New York City. Dr. Heskett received her M.D. in family health from George Washington University and completed her post-graduate residency training at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, rounding out her medical practice with a formal education in homeopathy and naturopathy which she integrates into her practice today. She is a mother of three, an accomplished hiker, yogi, and wife.
Dr. Pari Ghodsi is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. She then attended medical school at the prestigious, Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
She has received several awards including being named a Top Doctor of Collin County by D Magazine. She has been featured on The Dr. Oz Show, CBS, I Heart Radio, and The Huffington Post.
Ysabel Montemayor, RD
Ysabel Montemayor is the nutrition director at Fresh n’ Lean. She is a registered dietitian who graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has been featured in the media including HuffPost, Bustle, and Popsugar.
Her free time involves trying new food, attending concerts, and giving her dog high-fives.
Camille Berry is a wine and food writer. After studying English and Politics at New York University, she embarked on a career as a sommelier. She is a Certified Sommelier, Certified Specialist of Wine, and has passed the WSET Advanced with Merit.
Her work has been featured in several online and print publications. As part of the third generation of a family of restaurateurs, Camille’s passion for food is eclipsed only by her love of fermented grape juice.
Nina Gheihman is a PhD Candidate in Sociology at Harvard University. She is currently writing a book based on her dissertation called Veganized: How Cultural Entrepreneurs Transformed a Fringe Movement. She holds a Certificate of Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Nina is President of the Harvard Vegan Society Student Group, and founder of the community advocacy group Boston Plant-Based Millennials.
Ella is a food enthusiast, photographer, and journalist. Her work has been published on media outlets such as Forbes and Huffington Post. Ella is passionate about promoting a plant-based diet through creative photography and food styling.
