Tarzan ate his meat raw, swung from vines, got into all sorts of jungle trouble and eventually won the girl through romantic monosyllabic grunts. All fairy tales, in reality most men sit at their desk behind a computer all day.

Start stocking up on kale and quinoa because eating plant-based is actually better for your sex drive than Viagra.

A great number of ED cases are caused by cardiovascular disease and/or blocked arteries. Male virility relies on proper blood flow. Meat clogs arteries and may lead to Viagra use.
