Food Philosophy

Jamie Anderson has a no BS approach to nutrition. To stay in form while competing across the globe, the 2x Olympic Gold medalist sticks to “just real food”, no junk food, no fast food.” As the most decorated woman in X-Games history, Anderson knows what you put in is what you get out. That’s why the California native doesn’t settle for anything that’s not whole, local, or organic.

“I don’t have a specific diet, I try to eat from inspiration! I keep it whole, organic and fresh! I love Ayurvedic style food which is a lot of vegetarian foods, but we have ghee and yogurt.. when I’m on the go, I love the fresh n lean vegetarian meals that are rice and curries and stir fries.”

Motivation is what gets you going, but habits are what keep you productive.
