Food Philosophy
Properly fueling his body is essential for Big Wave surfer Billy Kemper. From long days of surfing and training, to being a father, Kemper needs energy and recovery to Perot his best. For Kemper, that means eating clean, organic ingredients, and avoiding artificial foods  that are high in sugar and saturated fats.
I believe my body is like a race car and to optimize myself to perform at the highest level, nutrition is a very big key to my success.

Surf Workout Routine
To tackle 30-50-foot waves Billy and his trainer have developed a unique approach. Borrowing from a variety of disciplines, the big wave surfer incorporates CrossFit, circuit training, foundation training, Pilates, breath work, pool training, and boxing to his regime. Each exercise is designed to focus on functional strength and conditioning.
