FITNESS PHILOSOPHY

I love to challenge myself so back in 2013 when I started doing CrossFit I realized what true training was and how to really stretch yourself. Gone are the days of just like picking up a weight and doing a curl and thinking that I did was a workout. I re-educate myself on what an adequate effort is in the gym.
